Do I need a law degree to take the Patent Bar Exam?
Solution
No, a law degree is not one of the requirements. If you have one and meet the qualifiations to sit for the Patent Bar Exam, then once you pass, you may become a Patent Attorney (you will need to meet the requirements to become an attorney first).
If you do not have a law degree and you pass the Patent Bar Exam, you will become a Patent Agent.
